Members; an avid snowmobiler and club member/officer recently passed, Russ
Davis, Sr. A life long resident of the Lakes Region and the owner of Davis Cycle
in Belmont. We will miss his morale and interest in this club as Assistant
Trailmaster.
At his memorial service on Saturday, it was asked that if anyone had an experience with Russ that they would like to share, please share it with the group. Me not being the best public speaker wished to share something but did not stand to speak. I would like to take this opportunity to do so. I can say one thing; I did not know Russ long enough. I had only known him for a little over a year. From time to time I would stop by his shop and he would always take the time to put down his wrenches and talk snowmobiles, club talk or anything that came about. I admired Russ for his open and honest opinions and that he took the chance to follow his dreams and open Davis Cycle. On behalf of me and my family, you will be missed.
