Belmont Bogie Busters is set up to use PayPal.  You can purchase your membership, cash lotto numbers and make donations.  You do not need to have a paypal account to use it.  Follow the instructions once you get to paypal secure server.  All transactions are secure and are handled by paypal.  Once you "checkout" at the paypal site, you will be emailed a receipt from paypal.   At this time you will still need to be mailed the NHSA membership card.  The time this process used to take has been significantly reduced by using this method.  After inquiring with the state, the NHSA card is the only card that will be accepted to register your OHRV.
